Manchester City team news: Injury, suspension list vs. Sporting Lisbon

Sports Mole rounds up all of Manchester City's latest injury and suspension news ahead of their Champions League clash with Sporting Lisbon.

Manchester City will hope to avoid a calamitous collapse when they welcome Sporting Lisbon to the Etihad Stadium for the second leg of their Champions League last-16 tie on Wednesday night.

The Citizens stormed to a 5-0 victory in the first leg on the Portuguese champions' turf and already have one foot firmly in the quarter-finals of Europe's elite competition.

Pep Guardiola also oversaw a 4-1 victory over Manchester United in Sunday's Premier League derby, which has opened up a six-point lead for the holders at the summit.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up all of Man City's injury and suspension news ahead of the second leg.
