Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy is reportedly expecting to return from injury before the end of this season.
The 35-year-old has been out of action due to a knee injury that he suffered against Leeds United back in March, and he has missed out on seven matches since that point.
The forward has only made 18 Premier League appearances this season due to a variety of fitness issues, but he has still managed to score 10 goals.
While an official timescale is unknown, Vardy has assured his teammates that he will be back before the end of the season, according to The Mirror.
Brendan Rodgers had previously confirmed that the former England international has undergone a final round of injections recently, and the club are now waiting to see the reaction to that.
While Vardy is working hard to get back to full fitness, the striker is unlikely to be available against PSV Eindhoven this Thursday.
