McKay twins sign on at Leeds United

Twin brothers Jack and Paul McKay swap Doncaster Rovers for Championship outfit Leeds United.

Leeds United have completed the signing of twin brothers Jack and Paul McKay from Doncaster Rovers.

The 19-year-old duo have made the switch to Elland Road having both featured for Rovers at senior level.

Speaking to his new club's official website, striker Jack said: "It's a massive club. As soon as I found out that Leeds wanted to bring us me here, I said 'yes' straight away.

"We were both told this morning that Leeds had come in for us and we were buzzing to hear it."

Centre-back Paul added: "You look at the young players here recently - Sam Byram, Lewis Cook, Alex Mowatt - they've all broken into the first team and have become regular players.

"There's definitely a pathway here for a young players like myself and my brother to kick on."

The pair have both signed deals with the Championship outfit that run until the summer of 2018.
