Gabriel Jesus is available for Arsenal's Europa League clash with Bodo/Glimt despite missing training on Wednesday, according to a report.

Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus has been passed fit for Thursday's Europa League tie with Bodo/Glimt despite missing training on Wednesday morning, according to a report.

The 25-year-old has been in sensational form for the Gunners since his £45m move from Manchester City in the summer, registering five goals and five assists from 11 outings in all tournaments.

Jesus has started all nine of Arsenal's Premier League matches as Mikel Arteta's side continue to lead the way at the top of the table, including Sunday's dramatic 3-2 win over Liverpool.

During that game, Jesus was the victim of an accidental elbow to the face from Kostas Tsimikas, and concern was immediately raised by both sets of players as the striker lay flat on the floor.

The Brazil international was eventually cleared to continue playing after receiving treatment, although he was withdrawn in the dying embers for Eddie Nketiah.

Arsenal players took to the London Colney pitches for training on Wednesday morning ahead of their journey to Norway, where they will aim to make it three wins from three in the Europa League.

Jesus was not among those spotted in training, sparking fears of an injury for the striker, but according to the Evening Standard, his absence was merely precautionary.

The report states that Jesus did not suffer a concussion in the incident with Liverpool left-back Tsimikas and will make the journey with the Arsenal squad for the clash with Bodo/Glimt.

In any case, Jesus - who has not started either of Arsenal's Europa League wins so far this season - would have been expected to drop out of the first XI as Nketiah leads the line.

The former Palmeiras starlet came off the bench to provide a stunning assist for Fabio Vieira in last week's 3-0 home win over Bodo/Glimt, and he also played 12 minutes of his side's opening 2-1 victory over FC Zurich.

Arsenal will definitely be working without Mohamed Elneny and Emile Smith Rowe for the trip to Norway, as both men remain sidelined for the long-term with hamstring and groin injuries respectively.

Question marks are also hanging over the head of Oleksandr Zinchenko, who has now missed Arsenal's last two games with a fresh calf problem, and the report adds that the left-back is not expected to recover in time for Thursday.

Instead, Arsenal will aim to welcome Zinchenko back to the fold for Sunday's Premier League trip to Leeds United, where Jesus is expected to lead the line after a midweek rest.

Nketiah's introduction should be one of several changes for the Gunners in Norway, as Vieira, Cedric Soares, Reiss Nelson, Marquinhos, Albert Sambi Lokonga, Rob Holding and Matt Turner aim to return to the first XI.

Arteta's men currently hold a two-point lead over PSV Eindhoven and Bodo/Glimt at the top of the Group A standings, having played a game fewer than Kjetil Knutsen's side.
