RB Leipzig have reportedly constructed a 'special' area in their away dressing room to allow Napoli manager Maurizio Sarri to smoke while at the stadium.

The Serie A side travel to Germany on Thursday having lost 3-1 to Leipzig in the first leg of their Europa League last-32 tie.

According to Bild, Leipzig have constructed the cabin especially for Sarri, while also switching off the smoke detectors in the dressing room.

Napoli, who sit top of the Italian league, are under huge pressure to pull off a result in Europe and need to score at least three goals in Germany to have any hope of progressing to the last 16.

Leipzig, meanwhile, are fifth in the Bundesliga after a 2-1 defeat to Eintracht Frankfurt last time out.
