New Manchester United signing Paul Pogba reportedly "stuns staff" by eating 12 plates of meat at an all-you-can-eat steakhouse.

New Manchester United signing Paul Pogba is said to have "stunned staff" at an all-you-can-eat buffet steakhouse with his voracious appetite.

The 23-year-old Frenchman, who finally completed his £89.5m switch to Old Trafford last week, visited the £25-a-head Bem Brasil restaurant in Manchester with new teammate Henrikh Mkhitaryan at the weekend.

According to The Sun, Pogba made the most of his visit by eating 12 plates' worth of prime beef before asking for the bill.

One fellow diner told the newspaper: "The staff have never seen anyone eat so much meat. They thought they were going to have to send out for another cow."

Earlier this week Pogba was spotted serving customers at a Manchester ice cream parlour, while it was previously reported that he celebrated his United deal by ordering a takeaway delivery of chicken wings to his five-star hotel in the city.
