Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Wolves could line up for Sunday's Premier League clash with Burnley.

Wolverhampton Wanderers will be without several first-team players for their home match against Burnley in the Premier League on Sunday, with Pedro Neto ruled out for the rest of the campaign.

The Portugal winger suffered significant damage to his knee cap in the recent 1-0 win against Fulham, and has subsequently undergone successful surgery, but no timeframe has been provided regarding Neto's expected return date yet.

Jonny will join his compatriot on the sidelines until next season after also receiving surgery for an ACL injury.

The 27-year-old damaged his ACL and MCL last April, so his latest setback comes as a crushing blow both to him and Nuno Espirito Santo's side.

Nuno may hope to provide Raul Jimenez with limited minutes at some point prior to the end of the season, but there is no rush whatsoever to force the striker back into action after his serious head injury.

The 29-year-old has not featured since late November after his horrific collision with David Luiz against Arsenal.

Fernando Marcal is making very good progress following surgery to his groin, meanwhile, but the left-back will almost certainly not be ready to be included in time for Sunday's matchday squad.

Ruben Neves is also expected to miss out again having recently tested positive for COVID-19, but the midfielder should be available for next weekend's Black Country derby against West Bromwich Albion.

As such, Nuno is unlikely to make any changes to the XI which dispatched Sheffield United by one-goal-to-nil last weekend, particularly after Willian Jose finally scored his first goal for the club since moving from Real Sociedad on loan in January.

Wolves possible starting lineup: Patricio; Saiss, Coady, Boly; Semedo, Dendoncker, Moutinho, Ait-Nouri; Traore, Jose, Podence
