West Ham United boss Slaven Bilic is left frustrated with his team's 2-0 defeat at Everton on Sunday afternoon.

West Ham United boss Slaven Bilic has claimed that his team could have taken something from Sunday's Premier League clash at Everton, which ended in a 2-0 defeat for the Hammers.

Bilic has conceded that Everton "were more mature" at Goodison Park, but believes that his team could have taken something from the match if they had managed to build on their strong start.

"While you are always not happy after a defeat, I am more disappointed because we could have taken something from this game," Bilic told reporters.

"I'm not saying that they didn't deserve it, because at the end of the day they were more mature, but we should have done better. In the first few minutes we were much better than them and we should have built on that."

West Ham have now lost six of their 10 Premier League matches this season, with a total of 10 points leaving them just outside the relegation zone in 16th position.
