Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Ukraine could line up for their Euro 2020 quarter-final with England.

Ukraine will complete the remainder of their Euro 2020 campaign - starting with Saturday's quarter-final against England - without striker Artem Besedin.

The 25-year-old was brought on as a substitute during their dramatic last-16 win over Sweden, but a challenge worthy of a red card from Marcus Danielson saw Besedin forced off and he could now be out of action until 2022.

Artem Dovbyk would etch his name in Ukrainian folklore with his last-gasp extra-time winner against the Swedes last time out, but his heroics may not be enough to displace Roman Yaremchuk or Andriy Yarmolenko up top.

The West Ham United man would miss the semi-finals should he be booked and Ukraine qualify, though, but ex-striker turned manager Andriy Shevchenko ought to keep faith in the veteran attacker.

Ruslan Malinovskyi is pushing for inclusion, but the need for midfield stability against England should see Taras Stepanenko, Sergiy Sydorchuk and Mykola Shaparenko line up once more.

Oleksandr Zinchenko's powerful drive opened the scoring against Sweden and his place on the left is untouchable, while Oleksandr Karavaev's spot on the right is also safe.

Defender Denys Popov has been forced to withdraw from the tournament due to injury, but Shevchenko was always expected to stick with a back three of Mykola Matvienko, Ilya Zabarnyi and Sergiy Kryvtsov.

Ukraine possible starting lineup: Bushchan; Zabarnyi, Kryvtsov, Matvienko; Karavaev, Sydorchuk, Shaparenko, Stepanenko, Zinchenko; Yarmolenko, Yaremchuk
