Two goals in the space of four second-half minutes proved enough for Sheffield Wednesday to edge out Rotherham United 2-1 in the South Yorkshire derby.
Lucas Joao found a way through just 30 seconds after the restart, before Fernando Forestieri piled the misery on the struggling home side.
There was to be some late hope for the Millers as Tom Thorpe struck in added time, but it proved to be too little too late in the end.
