Juventus are reportedly ready to make an €80m (£72.11m) offer for Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba during the January transfer window.

Juventus have reportedly decided to push forward with a bid of €80m (£72.11m) for Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba.

The Italian giants allowed Pogba to leave for United in 2016, but the France international's future is currently in doubt having lost his place in the starting lineup.

There has also allegedly been ongoing tension between Pogba and manager Jose Mourinho and according to Tuttosport, it has led to Juventus moving to re-sign the 25-year-old.

The report claims that the Serie A champions are prepared to make a big-money bid during the January transfer window, although the offer would be short of the £89.3m which United spent in 2016.

However, Pogba has just over two-and-a-half years remaining on his contract at Old Trafford, and it appears increasingly unlikely that the player will look to pen fresh terms with Mourinho in the dugout.
