Manchester United's most expensive signings ever

Sports Mole looks at the most expensive signings in Manchester United's illustrious history.

Manchester United are no strangers to paying out significant transfer fees, but it would be fair to say that a number of those have not been too successful in terms of value for money.

The club's new minority shareholder Sir Jim Ratcliffe will now attempt to steer the club away from over-paying for players, but the Red Devils will remain big movers in the years to come.
