Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Tottenham Hotspur could line up for Saturday's Premier League clash with Manchester United.

Tottenham Hotspur have been handed a fresh injury blow with Ryan Sessegnon ahead of Saturday's Premier League clash with Manchester United.

The England Under-21 international's injury-plagued season continued against Everton on Monday as he picked up a muscular problem which forced him to be withdrawn at half time, and he is unlikely to be back before the next international break.

Oliver Skipp (groin) and Japhet Tanganga (knee) are also set to miss out once again, and Antonio Conte had some choice words for the club's medical department recently as the duo struggle to recover.

The Lilywhites boss will consider no changes at the back either way, with Cristian Romero, Eric Dier and Ben Davies once again set to protect Hugo Lloris in between the sticks.

A reinvigorated Matt Doherty is keeping Emerson Royal out of the team, and Sergio Reguilon should deputise for Sessegnon after taking less than a minute to score in the 5-0 thumping of Everton.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Rodrigo Bentancur are indispensable in the middle of the park, with the latter's ex-Juventus teammate Dejan Kulusevski once again occupying the right-wing spot.

Kulusevski and Son Heung-min will continue to provide support to Harry Kane, who bagged his 175th and 176th Premier League goals against Everton to surpass Thierry Henry in the all-time charts.

Tottenham possible starting lineup: Lloris; Romero, Dier, Davies; Doherty, Hojbjerg, Bentancur, Reguilon; Kulusevski, Kane, Son
