Real Madrid team news: Injury, suspension list vs. Liverpool

Sports Mole rounds up all of Real Madrid's latest injury and suspension news ahead of Saturday's Champions League final with Liverpool.

Real Madrid will aim to get their hands on Europe's top prize for a record-extending 14th time when they meet Liverpool in Saturday's Champions League final at the Stade de France.

Los Blancos have already scooped the 2021-22 La Liga title and travel to Paris with fond memories of their 3-1 victory over Liverpool in the showpiece event back in 2018.

Manchester City, Paris Saint-Germain and defending champions Chelsea have all been knocked out of the tournament by Carlo Ancelotti's side this term, and the Italian could become the most successful manager in Champions League history with a fourth title this weekend.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up all of the away side's injury and suspension news ahead of the final.

David Alaba

Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Adductor
Possible return date: May 28 (vs. Liverpool)

David Alaba's adductor injury kept him out of the final-day draw with Real Betis in La Liga, but the Austrian defender has rejoined his teammates for training and ought to be fine for the clash with Liverpool.

REAL MADRID'S SUSPENSION LIST

Real Madrid have no players suspended for the final, meaning that Ancelotti should be working with a fully-fit squad in Paris.
