Swansea City confirm that striker Eder has joined Lille on a permanent deal for an undisclosed fee.

Swansea City have confirmed that striker Eder has agreed to join Lille on a permanent deal for an undisclosed fee.

The 28-year-old signed for the Swans from Braga last summer, but was loaned to Lille in January after making 15 appearances for the Premier League club.

During his loan spell at the French outfit this season, the forward scored six goals in 13 Ligue 1 appearances.

After confirming the transfer, Swansea released a statement via their official website, which read: "Everybody at Swansea City would like to thank Eder for his services, and wish him well in his career."

Eder started just four games for the Swans.
