Sports Mole looks at how Barcelona could line up in Thursday's Copa del Rey clash with Athletic Bilbao.

Barcelona boss Xavi is expected to shuffle his pack for Thursday's Copa del Rey last-16 contest with Athletic Bilbao at San Mames.

Samuel Umtiti, Eric Garcia and Sergi Roberto will miss the contest through injury, while Martin Braithwaite remains a fitness doubt for the Catalan outfit due to a knee issue, but he has been named in the squad.

Ansu Fati could be in line for a start, having returned from injury off the bench against Real Madrid in the semi-finals of the Spanish Super Cup, but Pedri is likely to feature among the substitutes, with Xavi not expected to take any risks when it comes to the midfielder's fitness.

Nico Gonzalez, Clement Lenglet and Oscar Mingueza could all be rotated into the side, while Neto is set to be given a rare start between the sticks for the away team.

Memphis Depay, who continues to be linked with a move away from Camp Nou, might have to accept a spot on the bench once again, even with Luuk de Jong missing out through suspension.

Ferran Torres could also make his second appearance for Barcelona in the final third of the field, with Ousmane Dembele left out of the squad amid the uncertainty surrounding his future.

Riqui Puig and Abde Ezzalzouli will also be hoping to earn some minutes for the Catalan giants in the Copa del Rey contest.

Barcelona possible starting lineup: Neto; Alves, Mingueza, Lenglet, Alba; Nico, Busquets, F de Jong; Torres, Jutgla, Fati
