Caen have inflicted more misery on Ligue 1's bottom club Ajaccio by knocking them out of the Coupe de France.
The Ligue 2 side took the lead at Stade Francois Coty just after the hour mark through Mathias Autret.
Faycal Fajr made sure of the result 10 minutes later to send Caen through to the last 16.
Ties in the next round will be played on Tuesday, February 11 and Wednesday, February 12.
