Jamie Foxx's daughter has revealed that the actor has been out of hospital for several weeks and has even been well enough to play pickleball.
The 55-year-old was rushed to hospital on April 11 for what was described at the time as a "medical complication".
A press report earlier this week claimed that Foxx's condition had not improved and his family were "preparing for the worst", but Corinne Foxx has taken to Instagram to deny the rumours.
"Sad to see how the media runs wild," she wrote. "My Dad has been out of the hospital for weeks recuperating. In fact, he was playing pickleball yesterday!
"Thanks for everyone's prayers and support! We have an exciting work announcement coming next week too!"
Foxx had been filming a new Netflix comedy film in Atlanta at the time of his medical incident.
