Two England fans handed prison sentences for rioting at Euro 2016

Two England fans sentenced to jail for their involvement in rioting in Marseille at Euro 2016.

A French court has sentenced two England supporters to prison following their involvement in the violent scenes in Marseille that have marred the first week of Euro 2016.

Alexander Booth and Ian Hepworth have been sentenced to two months and three months behind bars respectively.

The ruling comes a day after UEFA threatened to expel England and Russia from the tournament in France following clashes between the sets of fans.
