Wolverhampton Wanderers head coach Nuno Espirito Santo insists that his side still have to improve "in all the aspects" despite claiming their first league win of the season at the weekend.

Wolverhampton Wanderers head coach Nuno Espirito Santo has admitted that his side need to improve in "all aspects" in the wake of their win at West Ham United on Saturday.

The Midlands outfit claimed their first Premier League victory of the season courtesy of Adama Traore's effort, building on an impressive display one week earlier when they had held champions Manchester City to a draw.

While admitting that he was happy to claim the first three points of the season, Nuno conceded that his side still have much more to do if they are to make an impact in the division this term.

"Still we were not clinical enough," he told the club's website. "I think we still have a lot to improve in all the aspects.

"The difficult part in the game is to create chances, then with the quality of the talent and the player things will arrive naturally. But you still have to work and defend very much and stay organised all the time. Stay in the game and don't make mistakes. Small details is what we are looking to improve.

"We play the same way and do the same things. Things will happen naturally, it's a lot easier to work with good results, the belief is a perfect example of that.

"The organisation is the most important part of the game. As long as you play the way you train, you are close to winning. The boys just have to stay focused on the same tasks they do every day. The big challenges are in front of us."

Next up for Wolves is a home encounter with struggling Burnley after the international break on September 16.
