Swansea City make two changes to their starting XI ahead of their Premier League meeting with West Bromwich Albion at the Liberty Stadium.

Swansea City have made two changes to their starting XI ahead of their final Premier League game of the season, against West Bromwich Albion at the Liberty Stadium.

Kristoffer Nordfeldt replaces Lukasz Fabianski in between the Swans sticks, while Leroy Fer comes in for Ki Sung-yeung with the latter starting as a substitute.

There is just the one change from Tony Pulis's Baggies, meanwhile, as Nacer Chadli is dropped to the bench and replaced by James Morrison in their trip to South Wales.

Paul Clement's side, who are assured of a place in the top flight next season, will be looking to end the campaign unbeaten after not losing in their last four outings.

Meanwhile West Brom, who have not won in their last eight league matches, will be hoping to finish in the top 10.

West Bromwich Albion: Foster; Dawson, Evans, M Wilson; Nyom, Yacob, Fletcher, Livermore, Brunt; Morrison; Rondon
