Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Tottenham Hotspur could line up for Sunday's Premier League clash with West Ham United.

Tottenham Hotspur manager Antonio Conte has no fresh concerns to work around for Sunday's Premier League London derby with West Ham United.

The Lilywhites boss is once again expected to make do without Ryan Sessegnon due to his muscular problem, but there is optimism over the midfielder's return after the international break.

Japhet Tanganga (knee) and Oliver Skipp (groin) both remain sidelined, and Conte has admitted that he is not able to put a timeframe on either of their recoveries.

After a professional win at Brighton & Hove Albion in midweek, Conte could stick with his established first XI once again, as goalscorer Cristian Romero takes his place alongside Eric Dier and Ben Davies in defence.

Sergio Reguilon's spot on the left is safe as Sessegnon recovers, while Matt Doherty is unlikely to drop out for Emerson Royal, unless Conte deems the Republic of Ireland international in need of a rest.

Rodrigo Bentancur impressed in the middle of the park at the Amex and should hold his place alongside Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, as Dejan Kulusevski and Son Heung-min continue their stints out wide.

Harry Kane's strike against Brighton saw him net for the 95th time away from home in the Premier League - breaking the record previously held by Wayne Rooney - and the England captain will spearhead the attack once more.
