A report claims that Sevilla want to sign Brazilian forward Jonathas, who is currently on loan at Elche from Pescara.

Sevilla are reportedly desperate to sign Pescara's on-loan forward Jonathas at the end of the season.

The 25-year-old is currently on loan at La Liga side Elche, where he has scored nine times in 21 appearances this season.

The striker has been the standout performer in a struggling team and his work has not gone unnoticed around Spain.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Sevilla are hoping to reach an agreement with Pescara before the summer transfer window opens.

Jonathas's current deal at Pescara comes to an end next summer.
