The agent of in-demand Ajax captain Matthijs de Ligt has reportedly met with Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Antero Henrique to discuss terms over a possible transfer.
De Ligt has dominated many of the headlines during the current transfer window, having led Ajax to a domestic double and the semi-finals of the Champions League at the age of just 19.
A host of Europe's top clubs are understood to be interested in his signature, including the likes of Barcelona, Liverpool and Manchester United.
Barca had been considered front-runners, but De Ligt reportedly upped his wage demands and PSG are now thought to be leading the race for the Dutch international's signature.
