President Claudio Lotito has revealed the details of the bid that Lazio have made for Manchester United forward Mason Greenwood.
The Premier League giants are eager to facilitate the big-money sale of the England international with it clear that he will not be reintegrated back into the senior ranks at Old Trafford.
Despite charges of attempted rape, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and engaging in controlling and coercive behaviour being dropped by the Crown Prosecution Service early in 2023, the next phase of Greenwood's career took him on loan to Getafe.
Eight goals and six assists came from 33 appearances in La Liga, subsequently earning him a wide array of admirers on the continent.
Marseille had been regarded as the frontrunners for the 22-year-old's signature until comments made by the city's mayor have seemingly led to the French outfit backing away from pushing through a deal.

Lazio pushing for Greenwood deal
Lazio will undergo somewhat of a rebuild ahead of 2024-25 with Marco Baroni the new head coach, and it has been made clear by Totito that he wishes to sign Greenwood.
Speaking to Il Messaggero, Totito has stated what proposal has been put on the table for United to consider.
He said: "I have offered €25m plus add-ons and 50% sell-on clause to Man United for Mason Greenwood".
"Several clubs tried to enter the race just to disturb us and make the deal collapse. After Juventus also Napoli did the same"

Is there a standout favourite for Greenwood?
United were allegedly prepared to sell Greenwood to Marseille for £26.7m before it became a complex transfer to finalise on the back of the city mayor's comments.
The bid made by Lazio is just under £6m less than what the French side have offered, leaving Man United with a decision to make.
If Juventus can match any bid made by Lazio, they will theoretically become favourites because they are able to offer the player Champions League football.
Napoli do not have such a luxury, but if they sell Victor Osimhen, funds will be available to trump any bid made by their rivals.
