Manchester United's hierarchy has reportedly decided to hand Ole Gunnar Solskjaer requisite funds for the club to sign Red Bull Salzburg striker Erling Braut Haaland and Atletico Madrid midfielder Saul Niguez.
The 46-year-old has placed emphasis on signing Haaland, who has 28 goals in all competitions so far this season.
Moreover, United require reinforcements in midfield having sold and then failed to replace Ander Herrera and Marouane Fellaini over the past year.
According to the Daily Mail, United will grant Solskjaer the funds to sign his two top targets in Haaland and Niguez.
Recent reports have suggested that Haaland, due to a release clause in his contract, could be available for just £17m.
James Maddison and Jadon Sancho are two other players who have been strongly linked with a move to Old Trafford ahead of next summer's window.
