Palmeiras forward Gabriel Jesus reveals that his future "is about to be decided" amid strong interest from Manchester City.

Teenage forward Gabriel Jesus has revealed that he is 'close' to leaving Palmeiras.

The 19-year-old's future has been the subject of much speculation this summer, with Manchester City, Manchester United, Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid all believed to be in the hunt.

Man City appear to have taken a leading role in recent days, however, and the Brazilian, who will represent his country at the Olympics next month, has confirmed that his future "is about to be decided".

"My future is about to be decided, my family, my representatives and Palmeiras know where I want to go, my focus is all on the national team, and that gold medal. The negotiations are almost complete, but my focus is here," Gabriel told reporters.

Gabriel, who has scored 14 times in his last 22 appearances in all competitions, claimed earlier this month that he 'intends' to remain at his current club until 2017.
