Liverpool winger Sadio Mane reportedly specifies that he will not join Real Madrid in order to become a squad player.

Liverpool winger Sadio Mane has reportedly decided that he is not prepared to become a squad player at Real Madrid.

Mane has enjoyed an excellent campaign at Liverpool, with the Senegal international netting 24 goals from 45 appearances in the Premier League and Champions League.

However, the attacker's form has allegedly led to interest from Real, and it appears that the 27-year-old would consider a switch to the Bernabeu.

According to reports in Spain, Mane is only prepared to finalise a transfer to the Spanish giants if he is regarded as a key player by Zinedine Zidane.

The report claims that Mane would not want to be joined in the squad by either of the likes of Neymar, Kylian Mbappe or Joao Felix.
