Jordon Ibe reportedly turns down an approach from Nigeria to switch his international allegiance, and commits his future to England.

Liverpool winger Jordon Ibe has reportedly committed to play international football for England, despite interest from Nigeria.

The 19-year-old, who was born in Bermondsey, is eligible to play for the Super Eagles through his father's nationality.

Nigeria head coach Sunday Oliseh held talks with Ibe over switching his national allegiance on Wednesday, but the Liverpool Echo reports that the youngster has turned the approach down.

Ibe has made 10 appearances for England at youth level.
