A report claims that Juventus could move for Porto midfielder Hector Herrera in the January transfer window.

Juventus are reportedly interested in signing Porto midfielder Hector Herrera.

The 26-year-old joined Porto from Pachuca in 2013 and has made 117 appearances for the Portuguese giants in all competitions, scoring 20 times in the process.

According to SportMediaset, Juventus will sign a new central midfielder in the January transfer window and Herrera has emerged as a leading target after the Italian giants scouted the Mexican against Boavista on Friday night.

Zenit St Petersburg's Axel Witsel has also been strongly linked with a move to Turin as the Belgian prepares to depart Russia at the start of 2017.
