Malaga travelled to Granada in La Liga on Friday looking to build on last week's 3-2 win over Real Betis.
Both sides had opportunities in the first period, but neither could make the breakthrough with the scores level at the interval.
Granada were ahead in the early stages of the second half when Youssef El-Arabi turned home from close range, but Juanmi levelled for Malaga six minutes later.
The home side regained the lead moments later, however, when El-Arabi turned home from close range, before the forward scored his third after 77 minutes.

As it stands, the home side currently sit 11th in the table having taken 14 points from their 12 matches. However, their form has just dropped in recent weeks with three defeats in their last five La Liga matches.

Their away form will not really worry Granada this evening with four defeats and two draws from their six matches on their travels. Overall, it has been a poor season to date for the former Champions League participants.
