Mesut Ozil: "We are one team"

Mesut Ozil takes to Twitter in the immediate aftermath of Germany's 2-1 win over Sweden at the 2018 World Cup.

Mesut Ozil has taken to Twitter in the immediate aftermath of Germany's 2-1 win over Sweden at the 2018 World Cup.

The Arsenal attacker was dropped from the starting XI for the Sweden clash following a lacklustre performance in Germany's 1-0 defeat to Mexico last weekend.

Toni Kroos came up with a last-gasp winner on Saturday night as the world champions kept their destiny in their own hands, and Ozil has lavished praise on his teammates for getting the job done.

Germany will finish their Group F campaign with a clash against South Korea on Wednesday night.
