Phil Neville's England Women's side twice fought back from a goal down to record a 2-2 draw with Germany Women in the SheBelieves Cup this evening.
Ellen White scored a brace for the Lionesses in New Jersey, cancelling out Hasret Kayikci's opener and a Millie Bright own goal to maintain Neville's unbeaten start to life in charge of the team.
The result leaves England on four points after two games of the competition, while Germany pick up their first point of the campaign following defeat to USA in their opening fixture.
England had got Neville's reign off to an ideal start with a 4-1 win over France in his first outing, but they fell behind within 18 minutes of his second match at the helm, with the opener arriving in calamitous fashion too.
The Lionesses had a number of chances to clear the ball from inside their own area, but in the end Demi Stokes could only fire her attempted clearance into Kayikci and the ball rebounded into the net.
England were level within one minute, though, as White reacted quickly to divert Fara Williams's 25-yard strike on target to leave the wrong-footed German keeper no chance.
Defensive errors would cost England again six minutes into the second half, though, as a mix-up between Abbie McManus and Karen Bardsley allowed Lina Magull to sneak in and see her effort cleared off the line.
Worse was to come, however, as Bardsley recovered to save the follow-up effort, only to then see the ball bounce back off Bright and into the net once again.
England responded with a second equaliser 17 minutes from time as route one football undid the German defence, allowing White to race on to a long ball over the top and slot past the keeper for her second of the night.
England now sit joint-top of the standings with USA - whom they will face in their final match on Thursday - whereas Germany take on France with both teams stuck on one point apiece at the bottom of the four-team table.
