Chelsea midfielder Oscar reportedly wants to fight for his place at Stamford Bridge rather than agree a lucrative move to China.

Chelsea midfielder Oscar is reportedly keen to stay at the club, despite a potential lucrative move to China being on offer.

The former Internacional player has struggled to keep a spot in Antonio Conte's team having made nine Premier League appearances, only five of which were starts.

The Brazilian was recently quoted by media in his homeland as saying that a switch to Shanghai SIPG was close to completion.

However, according to Sky Sports News, the 25-year-old wants to remain at Stamford Bridge and fight for his place in the first team.

Rumours suggest that the Chinese Super League outfit are willing to part with £52m for Oscar, who joined Chelsea for a reported £19m figure in 2012.
