Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe praises his "faultless" side after they tear apart Hull City on Saturday afternoon.

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe has lavished praise upon his squad after they smashed six past Hull City at Dean Court this afternoon.

The Tigers were left stunned in Mike Phelan's first game in permanent charge as the Cherries claimed three goals each side of the break to move up into the top half of the Premier League table.

"[It was] very enjoyable from our perspective. We were faultless, really," Howe told BBC Sport after the game. "We got the goals today that some of our attacking players deserved and probably our season deserved.

"We were very clinical and when the chances came we finished them off - which hasn't always been the case this season.

"We gifted them a goal, but fair play to the players because at that moment the game could have spun the other way."

Howe's charges next face a tricky tie at home to unbeaten Tottenham Hotspur next weekend.
