A report claims that Juventus ace Paulo Dybala has been made a priority signing by Barcelona manager Ernesto Valverde, while Marco Verratti is still a midfield option.

Barcelona manager Ernesto Valverde has made Juventus forward Paulo Dybala his top summer transfer target, according to a report.

The Argentina international enjoyed his most impressive campaign to date last time out, scoring 19 goals and setting up a further seven as Juve fell just short of winning the treble.

Barca are said to be readying a bid for the 23-year-old, seeing him as a possible attacking partner for Luis Suarez and compatriot Lionel Messi, with Paris Saint-Germain-linked Neymar's future still unclear.

Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo suggests that Dybala is a priority signing for Valverde, while PSG midfielder Marco Verratti is also still on his radar.

The Catalan club are looking to strengthen during the summer after a largely disappointing 2016-17, which ended with them falling short in the Champions League and La Liga.
