Barcelona team news: Injury, suspension list vs. Juventus

Sports Mole rounds up Barcelona's injury and suspension news ahead of Wednesday's Champions League clash with Juventus.

Barcelona will be looking to bounce back from Saturday's La Liga defeat to Real Madrid when they continue their Champions League campaign away to Juventus on Wednesday night.

Ronald Koeman's side suffered a 3-1 loss to Madrid in El Clasico, which made it back-to-back defeats for the Catalan giants in Spain's top flight.

The La Liga outfit did open their 2020-21 Champions League season with a positive result last week, though, thumping Ferencvaros 5-1 at Camp Nou to rise to the top of Group G.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up Barca's latest injury and suspension news ahead of the clash with Juve, who were 2-0 winners at Dynamo Kiev in their European opener.

Marc-Andre ter Stegen is yet to feature for Barca this season after undergoing a knee operation in August. The Germany international is expected to be back in training before the end of the month, although it is unclear when the club's number one goalkeeper might be available to make a first-team return.

Possible return date: Unknown

Samuel Umtiti, who was strongly linked with a move away from Camp Nou over the summer, is yet to feature this season due to ongoing knee problems, and he will also miss out against Gladbach.
