Arsenal and Liverpool target Andy Polo joins Serie A club Genoa, according to reports in Italy.

Arsenal and Liverpool target Andy Polo has reportedly snubbed a move to the Premier League to join Serie A side Genoa.

The 17-year-old Peruvian was said to close to signing for the Gunners in August but a deal failed to materialise.

Liverpool and Real Madrid had also been credited with an interest in the Universitario de Deportes striker, who has been compared to Brazil's Robinho.

However, according to ITA Sport Press, the player has now decided to move to Stadio Luigi Ferraris in a £4m deal.
