Wednesday's Premier League football predictions including Arsenal vs. West Ham

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's Premier League fixtures, including Arsenal vs. West Ham.

Brighton vs. Wolves (Wednesday, 7.30pm)

Brighton & Hove Albion will aim to return to winning ways when they welcome Wolverhampton Wanderers to the Amex Stadium for Wednesday's Premier League battle.

The Seagulls have had a weekend off to prepare for this battle, while Bruno Lage's side went down 1-0 to Man City last time out.

We say: Brighton & Hove Albion 0-1 Wolverhampton Wanderers

For all of their attacking woes in recent weeks, Wolves have not been broken down easily, and a depleted Brighton XI will certainly struggle to gain the upper hand in this fixture.

Lage will sense an opportunity for a Jimenez-less Wolves to end their barren run in front of goal amid their hosts' plethora of defensive absentees, and we expect a refreshed Wolves team to pull through.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Burnley vs. Watford (Wednesday, 7.30pm)

Seeking to end a three-game Premier League run without a goal, Burnley play host to fellow strugglers Watford at Turf Moor on Wednesday night.

The Clarets held West Ham United to a goalless draw last time out, while Claudio Ranieri's side went down in cruel fashion to Brentford by two goals to one.

We say: Burnley 1-1 Watford

Watford's free-scoring attack may be blunted by a familiar Burnley backline this week, with Ranieri's side not exactly high on numbers or confidence at the minute.

The Clarets can also expect to end their barren run in front of goal against this leaky visiting rearguard, but they will likely only possess the firepower to claim one point rather than all three.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Crystal Palace vs. Southampton (Wednesday, 7.30pm)

Having returned to winning ways in emphatic fashion, Crystal Palace prepare to welcome Southampton to Selhurst Park on Wednesday in the Premier League.

The Eagles soared to a 3-1 success over Everton last time out, while the Saints went down 3-0 to Arsenal at the Emirates.

We say: Crystal Palace 2-0 Southampton

Facing injury crises between the sticks and in the final third, Southampton's prospects of ending their winless run certainly appear to be slim ahead of Wednesday's battle.

Palace have been largely solid at home this term and have plenty of exciting attackers waiting for their chance to benefit from midweek rotation, so we are backing the Eagles to march to a second consecutive success here.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Arsenal vs. West Ham (Wednesday, 8.00pm)

Two London sides harbouring ambitions of a top-four Premier League finish lock horns at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday, as Arsenal play host to West Ham United.

The Gunners saw off Southampton 3-0 at the weekend, whereas David Moyes's side were held to a goalless stalemate by Burnley.

We say: Arsenal 2-1 West Ham United

It is sometimes difficult to know what to expect from this Arsenal side under Arteta, but only Manchester City have performed as well at home this term, which bodes well for the Gunners against an injury-hit West Ham.

Moyes continues to work around numerous absentees in defence and history is not in his favour heading into Wednesday's game, so we have confidence in Arsenal to leapfrog their top-four rivals with all three points at the Emirates.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.
