Leno: 'Arsenal must improve away from home'

Goalkeeper Bernd Leno admits that Arsenal must improve their form away from the Emirates Stadium if they want to earn a top-four place in the Premier League table.

Goalkeeper Bernd Leno has acknowledged that Arsenal need to record more away victories in the Premier League.

Arsenal suffered a 3-1 defeat at Manchester City on Sunday afternoon, and it has left the Gunners three points adrift of Chelsea in the race for fourth position.

The North London outfit have now won just four of their 12 matches on their travels this season, and Leno has admitted that the team must improve over the coming months.

The German stopper is quoted by The Telegraph as saying: "I think we are still in a good position to go to the top four.

"We still have big games and I think we need more away wins, because at home we play very good. We win many games at home, but I think to go into the top again we need more away wins."

Arsenal have recorded a total of 10 wins and two draws from their 13 outings at the Emirates Stadium.
