Police investigating the untimely death of Pop Idol star Darius Danesh have revealed that it could take up to two months before his cause of death is determined.
The 41-year-old was discovered dead in his Minnesota apartment on August 11, with police reporting no evidence of foul play or suspicious circumstances.
Now Rochester Police, who are handling the investigation, have confirmed that an all-important toxicology report could take eight weeks to come back with answers about why Danesh died.
Separately, the Daily Mail has reported that Danesh was living at the exclusive Berkman apartments, just across the road from the world-renowned Mayo Clinic - a specialist medical facility in Rochester.
Many residents at the Berkman apartments are either patients or work at the Mayo Clinic, although it is unclear at present whether Danesh was being treated at the hospital.
