Marvel's 'Phase 4' movies pushed back by coronavirus
Marvel confirms that the movies due to be released as part of 'Phase 4' have been delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Marvel have confirmed that all of the movies planned for its 'Phase 4' slate have been pushed back from their original release dates due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The first film in Phase 4, Black Widow, had been due for release on May 1 but will now come out on November 6, when the worst effects of the deadly disease are likely to have passed.

The Eternals, starring Richard Madden and Gemma Chan, will now be released on February 12, 2021, followed on May 7 by Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.

The next Spider-Man movie - as yet untitled - gets a July 16, 2021 release, with Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness following on November 5, 2021 and Thor: Love and Thunder on February 18, 2022.

Marvel is also targeting a July 2022 release for a sequel to Captain Marvel, although the film has yet to be officially confirmed for Phase 4.
