Love Island's Jacques O'Neill is reportedly being courted for the new series of Celebs Go Dating.

Love Island star Jacques O'Neill has reportedly received an offer to appear on the next series of Celebs Go Dating.

The 23-year-old - a professional rugby league player - was one of the most popular contestants on this year's show but chose to leave the villa last week for the sake of his mental health.

According to The Sun, since he exited Love Island O'Neill has been offered £60,000 to appear on E4's long-running Celebs Go Dating, which sees relationship experts try to find ideal matches for famous faces.

The newspaper says that O'Neill has turned down the initial offer, however, as he is keen to see whether things will work out with his Love Island partner Paige Thorne, who is still on the show and has since coupled up with Adam Collard.

"It's very early days and bookers for Celebs Go Dating have only really just got started," a source said.

"But an Islander always makes for a great signing and Jacques is a real stand-out, particularly because he's already shown that he's willing to put the work in and really change.

"That'll make him a really credible candidate for the agency's help, never mind be someone that fans would tune in for.

"But Jacques wants to wait for Paige so it may well be too late by the time she emerges."

The new series of Celebs Go Dating is expected to start on E4 in January 2023.
