Louisa Lytton has cast doubt on whether she will return to EastEnders as Ruby Allen any time soon.
The character left Walford last September after Lytton, 33, went on maternity leave - welcoming her first daughter, Aura, in August.
Seven months down the line, the actress has admitted that she has not yet begun to think about returning to work on the soap as she is enjoying motherhood too much.
"I'm not sure at the moment, everything is sort of up in the air," she told The Sun.
"I just don't know.... now that I've had a baby, that's the priority."
She added: "Mum life is really good, she's seven months now. It's my first Mother's Day, it's just flown by.
"It's what I've always dreamed of, I waited a very long time for it, I just love every minute at the moment."
On screen, Ruby is currently in prison after being framed for running a cannabis farm.
