GB News has stepped in to broadcast live coverage of Northern Ireland's Orange Parades next month after the BBC pulled out last week.
Around 500,000 people are expected to turn out for the event on July 12 - a public holiday - which celebrates Northern Ireland's place in the UK.
Dame Arlene Foster, the former First Minister of Northern Ireland, will anchor the GB News coverage on the day.
"I'm incredibly proud of GB News for stepping up to fill a void left by the national broadcaster," she said.
"One of the reasons I joined GB News was to bring a better understanding of Northern Ireland life and culture to a wider UK audience.
"GB News stands for inclusion, of all regional voices, and the Orange Parades are core to our voice in Northern Ireland."
BBC Northern Ireland said that it would not be broadcasting live coverage of the parades "after careful consideration" but does still plan to show a one-hour highlights programme later in the day.
