Adam Peaty and Siobhan-Marie O'Connor win silvers to add to Great Britain's medal tally at the European short course championships in Israel.

Adam Peaty and Siobhan-Marie O'Connor have added to Great Britain's medal tally at the European short course championships in Israel.

Peaty won his second silver of the week, finishing 0.18 seconds behind Germany's Marco Koch in the 100m breaststroke.

He was runner-up in the 50m breaststroke earlier in the event.

O'Connor finished second to Hungary's Katinka Hosszu, who set a new championship record, in the women's 200m individual medley.

Peaty, 20, has been nominated for this year's BBC Sports Personalty of the Year award.
