The final press conference ahead of the heavyweight clash between Tony Bellew and David Haye has been interrupted by James Buckley, who portrayed the character Jay Cartwright from The Inbetweeners.

Earlier this week, Haye's promoter Adam Morallee was mocked for a speech that he gave at a press day in Liverpool, with Bellew telling Moralee to 'get back to The Inbetweeners'.

Bellew was making reference to the character Will McKenzie and in a stunt seemingly orchestrated by Haye's team, Buckley entered the press conference from the back of the room at the conclusion of Haye's speech.

Dressed as Jay, Buckley told Bellew to stop picking on his friend before challenging the former WBC cruiserweight champion to 'pick on somebody his own size', in reference to himself.

The press conference continued as planned before Bellew and Haye had to be held back after Bellew pushed the ex-heavyweight world champion when the pair came face to face.
