A document that seemingly reveals the Liverpool squad's hotel requirements is leaked to a newspaper.

Documents claiming to list Liverpool's player and staff hotel demands have reportedly been leaked to a newspaper.

A report in the Daily Star reproduces sections of the document, which is titled 'LIVERPOOL FC - Domestic Hotel Requirements Season 2016-17'.

Among the demands is a requirement that captain Jordan Henderson be given a room next door to teammate Adam Lallana, while manager Jurgen Klopp must be given a smoking room and upgraded to a hotel suite wherever possible.

Philippe Coutinho should be provided with an electric fan in his room, according to the document, and all alcohol and snacks should be removed from every player's room.

The document also requires all incoming and outgoing phone calls to be blocked, although access to pay TV channels is permitted.

The Liverpool squad are currently en route to the US for a pre-season tour that will see them face Chelsea, AC Milan and Roma.
