BBC presenter Mike Bushell was left red-faced after falling into a swimming pool during the broadcaster's Commonwealth Games coverage.
Bushell, who was interviewing members of England's medal-winning swimming team when the incident occurred, missed a step while wading in the pool and was sent tumbling into the water.
Gold medallists Sarah Vasey and Adam Peaty were overcome with laughter, while Bushell also saw the funny side of the gaffe.
"Just look before you get into the swimming pool; all the people here are literally on the floor," he said afterwards.
England are currently second in the Commonwealth Games medals table with 75 so far.
