The Football Association declines to hand out formal punishments to Slaven Bilic and Andy Carroll over comments they made about referee Jonathan Moss.

West Ham United manager Slaven Bilic and Hammers striker Andy Carroll will not be punished by the Football Association over comments they made about referee Jonathan Moss in the wake of their team's 2-2 draw with Leicester City.

Carroll was "warned as to his future conduct" while his coach was "reminded of his responsibilities" by the governing body, which declined to hand out formal penalties.

The former Liverpool and Newcastle United forward claimed that Moss tried to "even things up" by awarding a late penalty to the Foxes, after handing a controversial spot kick to West Ham earlier in the match.

Meanwhile, Bilic told BBC Sport that the official was influenced by the home crowd at the King Power Stadium.

West Ham are back in Premier League action this weekend when they take on West Bromwich Albion away.
